Description

The ABM MDB Meatball Machine supports kitchens that handle steady production of hand-rolled items. Its stainless-steel frame keeps the workflow clean. The machine connects easily to existing patty-forming systems, helping teams move from mix to shaped portions without extended handling time.

Daily operation stays simple thanks to its adjustable roller system, height control screw and smooth conveyor outfeed. The water-drop feature helps reduce sticking, keeping the roller surface cleaner during continuous shifts. The roller and counter-roller remove without tools, allowing fast access when switching molds or during sanitation routines.

For restaurants, butcher shops or production facilities needing reliable output, the MDB keeps portions consistent and limits manual labour. Its castor wheels help staff position it wherever the line requires, and the easy-clean design supports food-safety checks. The machine fits high-volume environments where uniform shaping is key to maintaining quality through every batch.
